Primary Quilt Casing

All of these are supplied as Bleached
1. The majority of the British Producers of Quilts use fabrics based on 76 x 52 35s /35s which is a polycotton blend around 100gsm. Widths available are 60in, 84in and 96in. Roll sizes are 250M as standard although we can vary this depending on customers requirements and minimum ordering quantities.

QUILTING FABRIC

2. We also stock 76 x 68 30s/30s which is also a polycotton blend around 115gsm. Widths stocked are 60in, 84in and 96in on 250M rolls.

3. We are major importers of 100% Polyester Microfibre fabric.We stock both 75 gsm and 85 gsm. The fabric comes "peached" on 250 metre rolls, colour white (other shades on application). 84" and 96" are the standard widths in this quality.

Pillowticks

We carry a range of polycotton blends according to fabric quality and size
1. Bleached powerloom 76 x 52 35s/35s supplied 3 sides overlocked with a safety stitch and one side (the smallest dimension) fully open. Available in sizes 18in x 28in and 19in x 29.5in
2. Bleached polycotton 76 x 68 30s/30s supplied 3 sides overlocked with a safety stitch and one side (the smallest dimension) fully open. Available in size 19in x 29in
3. Bleached polycotton 76 x 60 30s 150 denier, supplied 3 sides overlocked on the outside in size 19in x 29in
4. Pillowticks are available in 100% Polyseter Microfibre fabric size 19" x 29"

Cushion Ticks

These are supplied in both Polycotton and Spun Bonded Polypropylene. They come in either one end fully open for carding or with a 7" opening to facilitate blow filling.

  2. 18in x 18in
  3. 20in x 20in
  4. 22in x 22in
  5. 24in x 24in

Other sizes can be obtained by specific order. Because of the multitude of other qualities and sizes. We can always react to “Specials”
